Refund Policy

We are committed to providing you with high-quality products and services. If there is an error on our part, we will gladly issue a refund under the following conditions:

1. Eligibility for Refund: Refunds will be given if the error is due to our mistake, such as incorrect items or quantities delivered.

2. Inspection Prior to Delivery Truck Departure: All materials must be inspected by the customer or their representative before the delivery truck leaves the premises. 

3. Reporting Issues: Any issues must be reported immediately during the inspection. Once the delivery truck has left, no claims for refunds will be accepted.

4. Condition of Materials: The materials must be in their original condition and unused at the time of inspection for a refund to be processed.

5. Processing Refunds: Once the error is confirmed and the inspection is complete, the refund will be processed within 15 days.
